非瘧疫相兼之謂、乃似瘧而伝胃者名之瘟瘧、但

一、二日続いて得られるという云々《三十オ》 劉松峯が言うには、どうしてそれが瘟症の発症であると知るのか
当に潮熱の下の三症を参考にしてはじめて得られる、
瘧疫兼証 《類編巻三《二十九オ》では二篇に分けて｜先瘧後瘟先瘟後瘧と作る》
この瘟疫は瘧疾に覆われて隠れているという云々《三十オ》 類編では、改訂して「この原は先に
瘟疫が瘧疾に掩われていたが、今既に瘟症が顕れた、当に瘟を治す法でこれを治すべし」と作る、
瘟瘧 《類編巻三《二十八ウ》》
瘟瘧《三十ウ》 案ずるに呉氏の説くところは素問・金匱等の温瘧の義に非ず、また
瘧疫相兼の謂いに非ず、すなわち瘧に似て胃に伝わるものをこれ瘟瘧と名づく、ただし
論中の瘟疫減云々の句等は、並びに曖昧で了解できない、
