現代語訳
は、血室の熱を瀉すためである、《傷寒論注解》徐霊胎が言うには、血結すれば有形
の証となり、湯剤は一時的に効き難い、期門を刺して厥陰の余った熱を瀉すのである、
千金方では両乳の下とある、
血虚血実の分《三十一ウ》 劉松峯が言うには、血虚とは、経水がちょうど断たれた後、
血実とは、経水がちょうど来た時、
血亡後《三十一ウ》 類編では、「後亡血」と作るのが正しいようである、
馬印麟が言うには、経水がちょうど断たれ、瘟邪が内に搏ち、血結して散らず、邪に出
る路がない、昼は熱が軽く、夜は熱が重く、譫語と発渇がある、これは熱結瘀血である、
小柴胡去半夏に花粉・桃仁・紅花・丹皮・生地・犀
角等の味を加えて用い、血を破り邪を逐う、もし腹満して痛み、大便しない者は、前方
中に熟大黄を酌量して加えて微利させる、劉松峯が言うには、馬印麟の治法は、
呉又可と稍々異なる、これを附録して臨症者の判断に待つという云々、業広が按ずるに、
呉氏の用いるところは、殆ど小柴胡加地黄の意であり、馬氏の言うところは、千金の
犀角地黄加大黄の義に近い、
小児時疫《類編巻四《十四ウ》では小児瘟疫と作る》
問切の義《三十二オ》 六十一難に曰く、経に言う、望んで知るを、これを神と謂い、
