尫臝《割書：卅四｜オ》 劉松峯曰、尫音汪、瘠病、
脈近于数《割書：卅四｜オ》 劉松峯曰、虚損之脈多数、不止于邪火
也、邪火特其一耳、
交卸《割書：卅｜五オ》 字書、脱衣解甲曰卸、
三甲散《割書：卅五｜オ》 劉松峯曰、鼈甲色青、入肝益陰除熱、治
瘧疾瘧母血瘕、亀甲入腎、味厚純陰、亦能滋陰、兼
理久瘧血枯遺精、以二味為君、治客邪膠固于血

入于蔵府経絡、以成厥功、故取三甲為名、蝉退取
其善脱、殭蚕取其散微結、䗪虫取其破血、当帰取其

更兼凝積且邪毒蘊厚、用当帰生甘草、亦大有見

その損に従いてこれを調う《三十四オ》 劉松峯が言うには、暫く補法を用いる、
主客交 《類編巻一《二十四ウ》では邪膠固於血脈結為痼疾論十二字とする》
劉松峯が言うには、原題の主客交三字は、未だ妥当でない、論中で言う主
客交渾は、交渾二字を連読してこそ明らかになる、もし渾字を截去すれば通
じない、
尫臝《三十四オ》 劉松峯が言うには、尫は音がワン、瘠病である、
脈は数に近し《三十四オ》 劉松峯が言うには、虚損の脈は多くは数で、ただ邪火に
止まらない、邪火は特にその一つに過ぎない、
交卸《三十五オ》 字書によると、衣を脱ぎ甲を解くを卸という、
三甲散《三十五オ》 劉松峯が言うには、鼈甲は色が青く、肝に入り陰を益し熱を除き、
瘧疾・瘧母・血瘕を治す、亀甲は腎に入り、味が厚く純陰で、また陰を滋すことができ、兼ね
て久瘧・血枯・遺精を理す、二味を君とし、客邪が血
脈に膠固するを治す、更に山甲の走鼠を以てこれを佐け、二甲の功能を引いて協力し并
せて蔵府経絡に入らしめ、以てその功を成す、故に三甲と名を取る、蝉退は
