小柴胡湯に羌活と防風を加えて、初めて対証となる、臧盧渓が言うには、先に裏を治して後に
表を治すという節に云く、これを下して裏証が除かれ、二三日の内に、また発熱すると云々、この時
もし脈が洪数で兼ねて長大であれば、陽明証が現れるので、まさに白虎湯を用いることができる、もし所
謂反って頭痛身痛で脈浮なる者は、すなわち太陽証であり、白虎湯は大いに
宜しくない、かつこの証は下した後に気血が虚する者もまたこれあり、小柴
胡湯を加減して出入するのが穏当であるに如かず、《類編巻二《九ウ》》
この近表裏分伝の証はこの例にあらず《四十ウ》 類編ではこの以下八
字を注文とし、「この例にあらず」の四字なし、
