一 寛政二年庚戌（1790年）二月十四日、御側勤を免職となり、御供方を仰せつけられた。
一 享和二年壬戌（1802年）正月十五日、御側御雇勤を仰せつけられた。
一 文化五年戊辰（1808年）六月十五日、大目付格御膳番を仰せつけられた。
一 同十年癸酉（1813年）七月七日、郡代次席御側頭取を仰せつけられた。御側御用人勤筋取扱、御近習目付当方抱、御膳番に支障がある際には心得ておくべきである。
同十一年甲戌（1814年）七月七日、御側御用役と表御用役を兼帯するよう仰せつけられた。

一 寛政元年己酉（1789年）二月七日、御側御雇勤を仰せ出された。
一 同二年庚戌（1790年）九月二十一日、御小納戸御召物方仮役を大坂において仰せつけられた。
一 同四年壬子（1792年）二月二十五日、願いの通り御側勤を免職となり、御中小性目付格を下された。

1. On the 28th day of the 11th month of Tenmei 8, year of the Earth Monkey (1788), he was appointed to御側御雇勤 (goshoku go-yatoikin - temporary attendant service to the lord).
1. On the 14th day of the 2nd month of Kansei 2, year of the Metal Dog (1790), he was dismissed from goshoku service and appointed to go-tomogata (lord's escort service).
1. On the 15th day of the 1st month of Kyōwa 2, year of the Water Dog (1802), he was appointed to goshoku go-yatoikin.
1. On the 15th day of the 6th month of Bunka 5, year of the Earth Dragon (1808), he was appointed to the position of ōmetsuke-kaku go-zenban (senior inspector rank, dining service).
1. On the 7th day of the 7th month of the 10th year, year of the Water Rooster (1813), he was appointed to gun-dai jiseki goshoku kashira-dori (deputy district magistrate, head of lord's attendants). He was to handle the duties of goshoku go-yōnin (chamberlain), oversee go-kinshū metsuke (close attendant inspectors), and understand what to do when there were problems with the dining service.
On the 7th day of the 7th month of the 11th year, year of the Wood Dog (1814), he was appointed to concurrently hold the positions of goshoku go-yōyaku (private secretary) and omote go-yōyaku (public secretary).

Aoyama Tanzō
1. On the 7th day of the 2nd month of Kansei 1, year of the Earth Rooster (1789), he was appointed to goshoku go-yatoikin.
1. On the 21st day of the 9th month of the 2nd year, year of the Metal Dog (1790), he was appointed as temporary officer for go-konando go-meshimono-gata (wardrobe management) in Osaka.
1. On the 25th day of the 2nd month of the 4th year, year of the Water Rat (1792), as requested, he was dismissed from goshoku service and granted the rank of go-chūkoshō metsuke-kaku (middle page inspector rank).
