現代語訳
心得申すべく候。
一 嘉永二年己酉（1849年）十月十三日、御小納戸兼帯を仰せつけられた。
名跡後二代目実四代目
中村庄蔵
一 天保九年戊戌（1838年）七月十九日、御番方より御隠居様御側勤を仰せつけられた。
一 同十一年庚子（1840年）八月十七日、不束な所行があったため、御隠居様御側勤を御免とし、帰番・閉門を仰せつけられた。
五代目八郎右衛門の息子
河野豊之丞
一 天保十年己亥（1839年）正月十五日、御供方御中小性御雇勤より御側勤を仰せつけられた。
一 同十五年庚辰（1844年）十月二十日、病気により願いの通り御側勤を御免とされた。未だ年若く、心を長くして療養に専念すべきこと、また御時節柄御定めもあるため、御雇勤を滞りなく御免とし、御合力として一人扶持を下された。
再名跡後四代目半蔵の息子

Nakamura Shōzō
1. On the 19th day of the 7th month of Tenpō 9, Tsuchinoe-Inu (1838), he was appointed to go-inkyo-sama go-soku service from go-bangata.
1. On the 17th day of the 8th month of the same 11th year, Kanoe-Ne (1840), due to improper conduct, he was exempted from go-inkyo-sama go-soku service and ordered to return to guard duty and house confinement.

1. On the 15th day of the 1st month of Tenpō 10, Tsuchinoto-I (1839), he was appointed to go-soku service from go-tomogata go-chū-koshō go-yatoizutome.
1. On the 20th day of the 10th month of the same 15th year, Kanoe-Tatsu (1844), due to illness, as requested, he was exempted from go-soku service. Being still young, he should focus on long-term medical treatment, and furthermore, due to the circumstances of the times and established regulations, he was exempted from go-yatoizutome without incident and granted go-gōryoku of one person's stipend.
