現代語訳
一 天保十年己亥（1839年）三月十五日、御側見習御次詰より御側御雇を仰せつけられた。
一 同十一年庚子（1840年）十二月八日、病気により願いの通り御側勤を御免とされ、御中小性目付格末席御給仕方を仰せつけられた。もっとも御用人支配である。

一 同十四年癸卯（1843年）正月二十五日、御使番を仰せつけられた。
一 弘化二年乙巳（1845年）六月十三日、御近習目付兼帯を仰せつけられた。
一 嘉永元年戊申（1848年）四月十三日、病気により願いの通り、大目付格御膳番御近習目付御小納戸を御免とされ、帰番を仰せつけられた。

一 天保十一年庚子（1840年）正月十五日、御隠居様御側勤見習より御同所様御側勤を仰せつけられた。
一 同十五年甲辰（1844年）六月二十五日、御隠居様御小納戸御召物方兼帯を仰せつけられた。
一 弘化二年乙巳（1845年）三月二十五日、大目付格御隠居様御膳番を仰せつけられた。

1. On the 15th day of the 3rd month of Tenpō 10, Tsuchinoto-I (1839), he was appointed to go-soku go-yatoi from go-soku minarai go-tsugi-zume.
1. On the 8th day of the 12th month of the same 11th year, Kanoe-Ne (1840), due to illness, as requested, he was exempted from go-soku service and appointed to go-chū-koshō metsuke-kaku matsuseki go-kyūji-kata, under the supervision of go-yōnin.

1. On the 28th day of the 9th month of Tenpō 10, Tsuchinoto-I (1839), he was appointed to go-soku service from go-bangata.
1. On the 25th day of the 1st month of the same 14th year, Mizunoto-U (1843), he was appointed to go-shiban.
1. On the 13th day of the 6th month of Kōka 2, Kinoto-Mi (1845), he was appointed to go-kinshū metsuke concurrent duties.
1. On the 13th day of the 4th month of Kaei 1, Tsuchinoe-Saru (1848), due to illness, as requested, he was exempted from ōmetsuke-kaku go-zenban go-kinshū metsuke go-konando and ordered to return to guard duty.

1. On the 15th day of the 1st month of Tenpō 11, Kanoe-Ne (1840), he was appointed to go-dōsho-sama go-soku service from go-inkyo-sama go-soku service apprentice.
1. On the 25th day of the 6th month of the same 15th year, Kinoe-Tatsu (1844), he was appointed to go-inkyo-sama go-konando go-meshimono-kata concurrent duties.
1. On the 25th day of the 3rd month of Kōka 2, Kinoto-Mi (1845), he was appointed to ōmetsuke-kaku go-inkyo-sama go-zenban.
