二、規程
(一)豊橋市立高山病院使用料条例 (昭和十年十月二十六日条例第五号)
第一条 市立高山病院ニ入院スル患者ニシテ本人若ハ其ノ扶養義務者カ相当資力ヲ有スル者ハ左ノ入院料ヲ徴収ス 但シ市
長ニ於テ特別ノ事由アリト認ムル者ニ限リ之ヲ減免スルコトヲ得
一、市住民 一人一日 金壱円五拾銭 (薬価及食費ヲ含ム)
二、市住民ニ非ル者 一人一日 金弐円五拾銭 (薬価及食費ヲ含ム)
特種ノ治療ヲ要スル者ニ就テハ前項ノ外ニ其ノ料金ヲ徴収スルコトアルヘシ
第二条 前条ノ入院料ハ之ヲ前納セシム 但シ市長ニ於テ特別ノ事情アリト認ムルトキハ此限ニ在ラス
第三条 本条例施行ニ関シ必要ナル事項ハ市長之ヲ定ム
附則
本条例ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
(二)豊橋市立高山病院使用料条例施行細則
(昭和十年十一月二日告示第百四号)
第一条 入院料ノ納付期日ハ毎月十五日末日トシ次ノ納付期日迄ヲ分チ前納セシム
但シ納入ノ希望ニ依リ其ノ月分ヲ一時ニ納入スルコトヲ得
特種ノ治療料金ハ院長之ヲ定メ前項納付期日前日迄ノ分ヲ入院料ト共ニ納付セシム
第二条 入院料納付後患者死亡又ハ退院シタルトキハ其翌日分以後ノ既納料金ハ之ヲ還付ス
第三条 委託患者ニ対スル収容料ハ毎月五日迄ニ其前月分ヲ委託シタル公共団体ニ請求ス
第四条 入院料及特種治療料金ノ納付又ハ既納料金ノ還付手続ハ一般歳入ノ例ニ依ル
附則
本細則ハ市立高山病院使用料条例施行ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス

二、規程
（一）豊橋市立高山病院使用料条例（昭和10年10月26日条例第5号）
第1条 市立高山病院に入院する患者で、本人若しくはその扶養義務者が相当な資力を有する者は、左の入院料を徴収する。ただし、市長において特別の事由があると認める者に限り、これを減免することができる。
一、市住民 1人1日 金1円50銭（薬価及び食費を含む）
二、市住民でない者 1人1日 金2円50銭（薬価及び食費を含む）
特種の治療を要する者については前項の外にその料金を徴収することがある。
第2条 前条の入院料は、これを前納させる。ただし、市長において特別の事情があると認めるときは、この限りではない。
第3条 本条例施行に関し必要な事項は、市長これを定める。
附則
本条例は公布の日よりこれを施行する。
（二）豊橋市立高山病院使用料条例施行細則
（昭和10年11月2日告示第104号）
第1条 入院料の納付期日は毎月15日と月末日とし、次の納付期日までを分けて前納させる。
ただし、納入の希望により、その月分を一時に納入することができる。
特種の治療料金は院長これを定め、前項納付期日前日までの分を入院料と共に納付させる。
第2条 入院料納付後、患者が死亡又は退院したときは、その翌日分以後の既納料金はこれを還付する。
第3条 委託患者に対する収容料は、毎月5日までにその前月分を委託した公共団体に請求する。
第4条 入院料及び特種治療料金の納付又は既納料金の還付手続きは、一般歳入の例による。
附則
本細則は市立高山病院使用料条例施行の日よりこれを施行する。

2. Regulations
(1) Toyohashi Municipal Takayama Hospital Usage Fee Ordinance (Ordinance No. 5, October 26, 1935)
Article 1: For patients admitted to the Municipal Takayama Hospital whose person or support obligor has considerable financial resources, the following admission fees shall be collected. However, the mayor may reduce or exempt these fees for those deemed to have special circumstances.
1. City residents: 1 yen 50 sen per person per day (including medicine and meal costs)
2. Non-city residents: 2 yen 50 sen per person per day (including medicine and meal costs)
For those requiring special treatment, additional fees may be collected beyond the above.
Article 2: The admission fees of the preceding article shall be paid in advance. However, this shall not apply when the mayor recognizes special circumstances.
Article 3: Necessary matters concerning the enforcement of this ordinance shall be determined by the mayor.
Supplementary provisions
This ordinance shall be enforced from the date of promulgation.
(2) Enforcement Regulations for the Toyohashi Municipal Takayama Hospital Usage Fee Ordinance
(Notice No. 104, November 2, 1935)
Article 1: Payment dates for admission fees shall be the 15th and last day of each month, with advance payment required for the period until the next payment date.
However, monthly fees may be paid in full at one time upon request.
Special treatment fees shall be determined by the hospital director and paid together with admission fees for the period up to the day before the aforementioned payment date.
Article 2: When a patient dies or is discharged after payment of admission fees, already paid fees from the following day onward shall be refunded.
Article 3: Accommodation fees for entrusted patients shall be billed to the commissioning public organization by the 5th of each month for the previous month.
Article 4: Procedures for payment of admission fees and special treatment fees, or refund of already paid fees, shall follow the general revenue example.
Supplementary provisions
These regulations shall be enforced from the date of enforcement of the Municipal Takayama Hospital Usage Fee Ordinance.
