第5条 前条の身元引受人は、本市住民で独立した生計を営み、信用確実な成年者であることを要する。
第6条 入院患者の療養期間は3か月を1期とする。ただし、病状その他の事由により延長又は短縮することがある。

第10条 院長は市長の命を受けて院務を総括し、職員を指揮監督する。

調剤員は上司の指揮を受けて調剤及び薬品の鑑定に従事する。
書記は上司の命を受けて庶務、会計に関する事務及び取締に従事する。
前各項に定めるもののほか、院長は必要に応じて各員をして他の任務に従事させることができる。
第11条 院長は左の事項を専行することができる。
ただし、特に重要なもの又は異例に属するものはこの限りでない。
1、裁判鑑定、警察事件について職員を出張させること
2、職員の父母の祭日、忌引休暇、病気欠勤、壮丁検査、陸・海軍点呼召集等に関する届を受理すること
3、職員に除服出仕を命じること
4、職員2日以内の欠勤受理に関する事項
5、1件30円未満の物品の購入及び修理に関する事項
6、予算定額内において人夫使役に関する事項
7、遺体の引渡又は正規の手続きを経て遺体剖検を行う件

Article 10: The hospital director shall oversee hospital affairs under the mayor's orders and supervise and direct the staff.
When the hospital director is unavailable, the senior medical staff member shall act as deputy.
Medical staff shall examine patients, prevent disease transmission, and handle disinfection duties under superior orders.
Pharmacists shall engage in dispensing and drug evaluation under superior direction.
Clerks shall engage in general affairs, accounting-related duties, and supervision under superior orders.
In addition to what is specified in the preceding paragraphs, the hospital director may assign staff members to other duties as necessary.
Article 11: The hospital director may exclusively handle the following matters.
However, this does not apply to particularly important matters or those of an exceptional nature.
1. Dispatching staff for judicial appraisals and police cases
2. Receiving notifications regarding staff members' parental memorial days, mourning leave, sick leave, military conscription examinations, army and navy roll calls and summons, etc.
3. Ordering staff to remove mourning attire and report for duty
4. Matters concerning acceptance of staff absences within two days
5. Matters concerning purchase and repair of goods under 30 yen per item
6. Matters concerning employment of laborers within budgetary limits
7. Matters concerning delivery of corpses or performing autopsies through proper procedures
