第四章 処務及服務
第十四条 入院患者ノ回診度数ハ院長之ヲ定メ適宜之ヲ行フモノトス
第十五条 市長ヨリ入院許可ノ通知ヲ受ケタルトキハ院長ハ該患者ニ対シ其収容スヘキ日時ヲ通知シ指定ノ病室ニ入院セシム

第4章 処務及び服務
第14条 入院患者の回診回数は院長がこれを定め、適宜これを行うものとする。
第15条 市長より入院許可の通知を受けた時は、院長は該当患者に対しその収容すべき日時を通知し、指定の病室に入院させるものとする。
第16条 院長は入院患者の病勢増進、危篤、死亡の場合は直ちにその氏名を適宜の方法によりその家族若しくは関係者に通報するものとする。
第17条 院長は毎月5日までに前月中における収容患者の入院並びに転帰その他必要な事項を市長に報告するものとする。
第18条 院長は毎年1月10日までに前1か年の事務成績を市長に報告するものとする。
第19条 本章に定めるもののほか、庶務及び服務に関しては豊橋市庶務規程並びに庁規を準用する。
第5章 宿直
第20条 宿直は医員、調剤員、事務員各1名が輪番で勤務するものとする。
看護婦、小使の宿直に関しては院長がこれを命じる。
第21条 宿直医員は患者に変状があるか若しくは病症危篤と認める時は、応急処置を行い速やかに院長に通報するものとする。
第22条 本章に定めるもののほか、宿直勤務時間は豊橋市当直規程を準用する。
第6章 諸給与
第23条 宿直賄費及び看護婦・小使の被服の給与方法に関しては市立豊橋病院支給の例による。
(4)入院患者心得
1、結核は決して不治の病気ではないとはいえ、日常の摂生に注意を用いなければ治癒の時期を失うことがある。
2、摂生とは単に起居・飲食のみのことではない。治病には精神的影響が頗る大きいため、むやみに不安・不平を起こすことなく、忍耐して自重し、病気に打ち勝つ心意気を養い、かつ日常万般にわたって衛生に反しないよう注意することにある。
3、療養中、病勢の小さな波乱は免れないところである。故に些細な悪化に失望せず、軽快に油断せず、医員の診療に信頼し、堅実に根治を期するべきである。
4、本院は多数の患者が利用するべき所であるから、利己心に駆られて他人に迷惑を及ぼすような行為を慎み、相互に礼譲を守り、和気あいあいと相慰め相扶け、共に楽しみ、療養の楽園たらしめんことを心がけるべきである。
5、療養及び本院生活の心得は1、2では足りないとはいえ、その大要を列挙し、日常の規範とさせようとする。各位には幸いによくこれを理解し、院務遂行の円満を期されんことを望む。

Chapter 4 Duties and Service
Article 14: The frequency of patient rounds shall be determined by the hospital director and conducted as appropriate.
Article 15: When notification of admission permission is received from the mayor, the hospital director shall notify the relevant patient of the date and time of accommodation and have them admitted to the designated patient room.
Article 16: When an inpatient's condition worsens, becomes critical, or results in death, the hospital director shall immediately notify the patient's family or related parties of their name through appropriate methods.
Article 17: The hospital director shall report to the mayor by the 5th of each month regarding the admission and outcomes of accommodated patients and other necessary matters from the previous month.
Article 18: The hospital director shall report to the mayor by January 10th of each year on the administrative performance of the previous year.
Article 19: Except for what is specified in this chapter, the Toyohashi City General Affairs Regulations and office regulations shall apply mutatis mutandis to general affairs and service matters.
Chapter 5 Night Duty
Article 20: Night duty shall be performed by one medical staff member, one pharmacist, and one administrative staff member on a rotating basis.
Regarding night duty for nurses and janitors, the hospital director shall order this.
Article 21: When the duty medical staff member notices any changes in patients or recognizes critical symptoms, they shall provide emergency treatment and promptly notify the hospital director.
Article 22: Except for what is specified in this chapter, night duty hours shall follow the Toyohashi City Duty Regulations.
Chapter 6 Various Allowances
Article 23: Regarding the method of providing night duty meal allowances and clothing for nurses and janitors, the example of Municipal Toyohashi Hospital provisions shall be followed.
(4) Guidelines for Inpatients
1. Although tuberculosis is certainly not an incurable disease, the opportunity for recovery may be lost if daily health management is not carefully observed.
2. Health management is not merely a matter of daily activities and diet. Since psychological influence is extremely significant in treating illness, it involves not causing unnecessary anxiety or dissatisfaction, cultivating patience and self-respect, fostering the spirit to overcome disease, and being careful not to violate hygiene in all daily matters.
3. Small fluctuations in condition during treatment are unavoidable. Therefore, one should not despair over minor deteriorations, not become careless during improvements, trust the medical staff's treatment, and steadily aim for complete recovery.
4. Since this hospital is a place to be used by many patients, one should refrain from selfish behavior that causes trouble for others, maintain mutual courtesy, comfort and support each other in harmony, enjoy together, and strive to make this a paradise for treatment.
5. Although one or two guidelines for treatment and hospital life are insufficient, the main points are listed here to serve as daily standards. It is hoped that each person will understand these well and work toward the smooth execution of hospital affairs.
