人の世を渡るは皆全く名々の家業家職大明神の
御めぐみなれば難有く脇（わき）目なく太切に信心（しんじん）すべき事也
然るに世の人多くは此家職大明神を麁抹およそに
なす故に
其脇目 正直
ふるひま 家職大明神 堪忍
油断に
乗して
酒色遊興 奢（おごり）吝（やぶさか）名聞利欲諸勝屓事の悪歴外道が
さま〴〵見入れ終には身をも家おもほろぼし失（うしな）ふ也
慎むべし恐るべし
そも〳〵人の家職といふは主人たる者は家来を善に教へ
みちびき愛しあはれむが家業也親は子に慈愛あつく
よく教へそだつるが家職也兄は弟を愛し恵が家業也

人を太切にし忠をつくすが家業也子は身を捨てゝ
親を敬い安心さするが家職也妻夫に順ひおとなしく

弟は兄は親也と真実心に敬ひて
よく順ふが家職也朋友は互に信を
以て交りあしき方へ心をよせずむつまじく
たすけあふのが家業也

農耕（のうこう）するが家職也
職人（しよくにん）は其（その）職分に出精し商人は其商ひに
油断（ゆだん」）なくせひをいだすが家業也
士農工商ともおの〳〵此家業家職大明神
を御太切に信心して脇目なければ家内
和合いたし子孫目出度栄々と長久に
世を渡るなれば人々ひとゑに
ありがたく奉存てこの

人がこの世を渡っていくのは、皆すべて各々の家業・家職大明神の御恵みであるから、ありがたく脇見をせずに大切に信心すべきことである。しかるに世の人の多くは、この家職大明神を粗末におろそかにする故に、
その脇見、振る舞い、油断に乗じて、酒色遊興、奢り、けち、名声や利益への欲、諸々の勝手気ままな悪行という外道が様々に入り込み、ついには身も家も滅ぼし失うのである。慎むべきであり、恐れるべきである。
そもそも人の家職というものは、主人たる者は家来を善に教え導き、愛し憐れむのが家業である。親は子に慈愛厚く、よく教え育てるのが家職である。兄は弟を愛し恵むのが家業である。

武士は武士たるの道を励み、百姓は百姓たるの農耕をするのが家職である。職人はその職分に精を出し、商人はその商いに油断なく精を出すのが家業である。
士農工商ともに各々この家業家職大明神を御大切に信心して脇見がなければ、家内和合し、子孫めでたく栄々と長久に世を渡るのであるから、人々ひとえに

People's passage through this world is entirely due to the blessings of each person's respective Great Deity of Family Occupation and Profession. Therefore, one should gratefully and devotedly worship this deity with complete focus and utmost care. However, many people in the world neglect and treat this Great Deity of Family Occupation carelessly, and consequently,
Through their wandering attention, misconduct, and negligence, various evil heresies such as drinking, sexual indulgence, amusements, extravagance, stinginess, pursuit of fame and profit, and all manner of selfish misdeeds infiltrate, ultimately destroying and losing both body and household. This should be avoided with caution and fear.
Fundamentally, regarding human family occupations: it is the family occupation of one who is a master to teach and guide retainers toward goodness, and to love and show compassion for them. It is the family profession of parents to show deep affection to their children and to teach and raise them well. It is the family occupation of an elder brother to love and show kindness to his younger brother.

It is the family profession of a husband to maintain proper behavior and teach his wife well. It is the family occupation of retainers to cherish their master and serve with loyalty. It is the family profession of children to sacrifice themselves, respect their parents, and give them peace of mind. It is the family occupation of a wife to obey her husband meekly, without any selfish or prejudiced thoughts, and to maintain chastity. It is the family profession of a younger brother to respect his elder brother as a parent with sincere heart and obey him well. It is the family occupation of friends to associate with mutual trust, not turn their hearts toward evil, and help each other harmoniously.
It is the family profession of samurai to strive in the way of the warrior, and of farmers to engage in the agriculture befitting farmers. It is the family occupation of craftsmen to devote themselves to their craft, and of merchants to work diligently in their trade without negligence.
If all four classes—samurai, farmers, artisans, and merchants—each devotedly worship this Great Deity of Family Occupation and Profession with complete focus and without distraction, then household harmony will be achieved, descendants will prosper gloriously, and they will pass through the world with lasting prosperity. Therefore, all people should wholeheartedly
give grateful reverence to this Great Deity of Family Occupation and Profession with single-minded devotion and utmost care.
