一、書き方は、「廻」の字を料紙の上二寸ほど空けて書く。「来」の字は「廻」の字と一字空けて書く。《割書：次第不等》細字二字を料紙の下二寸ばかり空くように書く。右の一行は料紙の口より二寸五分ばかり空けて書くことである。「葵」という字は名の字頭より半字上がりに書くのである。砂以下同様。名は上下に行である。上の名は「廻」の字と同じ並びより書く。名の間は凡そ二寸。下の名は上の名より三寸ほど下げて書く。下の名の終わり《割書：次第不等》の並びである。年号・月日は名の字頭より一字下げて書き、年号の奥に「御修理」と名の字の通りに書く。次に「御目代」と書く。「御」の字「理」の字並びに書き、一字間を空けて「目代」と書くことである。料紙は折杉七枚続きである。礼紙・上包も同紙である。
