一神館ニテ所司代祝詞申事深秘ノ口傳侍ル事也神主橋殿ニテ讀
ム祝詞一通ヲ前日カ當日ノ朝ナド所司ヘ渡サルヽヿモアリ然シ秘
傳ノ祝詞ヲ前方ニ渡シ置ヿ不可然且ツ覧筥ヲ素襖ニ持セ
進ムヿ諸人ノ目ニ立トテ覧筥ヘ入レ所司ノ勝手ニ社頭ヘ遣シ
置モアリ此亦不宜事歟

直会《近来は着座せず、早く出る》
《所司代が神館へ参向することについて、古くは乗尻より先に壇へ進み、退出は乗尻が奥へ進むのを見て退出すると見えるが、近来は後に進み先へ退出する》
一、神館にて所司代が祝詞を申すことは深秘の口伝がある事である。神主が橋殿にて読む祝詞一通を前日か当日の朝などに所司へ渡されることもある。しかし秘伝の祝詞を前もって渡し置くことは然るべからず。かつ覧筥を素襖に持たせ進むことは諸人の目に立つとて、覧筥へ入れ所司の都合で社頭へ遣わし置くこともある。これまた宜しからぬことか。

一、四月二十二、三日頃である。もっとも兼ねて所司大夫、座席衆が所司代へ入来し、差支えなき日を相尋ね治定の上、三日前に触れがある《もっとも所司は上下を着用》。当日時分に触れがある《辰の刻頃》。座席衆、所司代が参集《各々麻の上下、表帷子》。相揃った上で列座《年次順、ただし諸司代は下座である》。朝飯が出る《配膳の人は上下を着用》。

Moreover, having the person in suō robe carry the viewing box as they proceed attracts the attention of many people, so sometimes they put it in the viewing box and send it to the shrine grounds at the Administrator's convenience. Matters concerning the horse racing riders' intermediary designation
First, this occurs around the 22nd or 23rd day of the fourth month. Prior to this, the Administrator and seated officials visit the Deputy Administrator, inquire about days without conflicts, and after determining the schedule, a notice is given three days in advance {{the Administrator wears formal court dress}}. On the day itself, a notice is given regarding the timing {{around the hour of the dragon (7-9 AM)}}. The seated officials and Deputy Administrator gather {{each wearing hemp court dress and outer robes}}. After all are assembled, they sit in rows {{in order of seniority, however deputy administrators sit in lower seats}}. Morning meal is served {{those serving wear court dress}}.
