一、兼日、所司大夫より舞人の小折紙十通並びに回文の料紙杉原六枚等を請け取る《割書：もっとも競馬までに杉原七十枚余り入用である、これによって一帖でも半帖でも都合に応じて請け取るべし》。それより舞人の名乗りを書き立て、座席衆の内へ座次の儀を相尋ね治定の上、出馬回文・乗尻・老符等を調え置く《割書：礼紙上包これあり、古き書形を以って書き認めるべし》。

もっとも舞人の差符、古き書形には「散位賀茂県主誰」と見えるが、散位の二字は不相応の儀故、先輩相談の上、近来これを除かれる。
右両通出来の上、所司大夫へ渡す。あるいは出馬の回文は当日晩景に神人が所司邸にて片木一枚請け取り、所司代へ取りに来たり、馬所へ持参加点相済みの後、所司代へ持ち来たる《割書：あるいは後日所司より返ることもあり》。舞人の差符は所司大夫取りに来られ神主邸へ持参、舞人加奉相済み、所司帰宅の節所司代へ持参《割書：あるいは後日に返されることもあり》。

Particularly regarding the dancers' appointment documents, in old document formats it appears as "San'i Kamo Agata-nushi [someone]," but the two characters "San'i" are inappropriate, so after consultation with seniors, they have been removed in recent times.
After both documents are completed, they are handed to the Shoshi-dayū. Alternatively, regarding the horse dispatch circular, on the day itself in the evening, a shrine attendant receives one wooden tablet at the Shoshi residence, comes to collect it for the Shoshidai, brings it to the horse grounds, and after the marking is completed, brings it to the Shoshidai 《Marginal note: Sometimes it is returned by the Shoshi on a later day》. The dancers' appointment document is collected by the Shoshi-dayū and brought to the head priest's residence; after the dancers' addition ceremony is completed, it is brought to the Shoshidai when the Shoshi returns home 《Marginal note: Sometimes it is returned on a later day》.
The fourth month ujigami festival follows the same procedures as above.
Regarding the New Year Head's Diary
1. Around the 5th or 6th day, choose an auspicious day and make rounds for the head's diary recording. On that day, morning meal is served at the Shoshi residence, along with lunch and dinner. The menu is as follows:
