仕間敷義候条他国他領右両品勿論又は其類之儀は
先達而可申断候右自今已後一統急度可相守事

一續漸得維記に云能州公領預地之村々百姓
共兎角公領地越笠に着て金沢領の村々
百姓共を見さけ種々苦情起候に付先達而より幕
府へ被願候次第在之処文化七年午三月二日老
中月番牧野備前守殿聞番致呼立左之通り

能登国御預所村々取扱方是迄之通に而者
品々指障之筋も有之由に而内意被申聞
趣も有之候に付以来御預所政事向者私領
同様に被取扱御普請所換地新開之儀者
致申聞候け条書之通被相心得御取箇者
永定免皆金納諸帳面之儀も重立候分者
是迄之通可被差出候猶委曲之儀者御勘定

之候処以来御取扱方御私領同様被成候様当月

してはならないことである。他国他領の右両品はもちろん、またはその類の件は、以前から申し断るべきである。右の件について今後一統して急度相守るべきことである。
右の趣旨を町中末々まで厳重に触れ回るべきである。以上

続漸得維記によれば、能州公領預地の村々の百姓たちがとかく公領地を笠に着て金沢領の村々の百姓たちを見下し、種々の苦情が起こったため、以前から幕府へ願い出ていたところ、文化七年午三月二日、老中月番牧野備前守殿が聞番を呼び立てて左の通り書立てして渡した。

能登国御預所村々の取扱方はこれまでの通りでは品々差し障りの筋もあるということで内意を申し聞かせる趣もあったため、以後御預所の政事向は私領同様に取り扱われ、御普請所・換地・新開の件は申し聞かせるが、条書の通り心得て取り扱い、御取箇は永定免皆金納とし、諸帳面の件も重立った分はこれまでの通り差し出すべきである。なお委曲の件は御勘定奉行と申し談ずべきことである。

According to the Zoku Zenとoku Ishinki, the peasants of the villages in the Noto public domain entrusted land were using their status as public domain residents as leverage to look down upon the peasants of Kanazawa domain villages, causing various complaints. Having petitioned the shogunate about this matter for some time, on the 2nd day of the 3rd month of Bunka 7 (Year of the Horse), the monthly duty rōjū Makino Bizen-no-kami summoned the inspector and handed over the following written statement:

Regarding the administration of the villages in the Noto Province entrusted territory, there have been various obstacles with the current method, and there have been informal suggestions about this matter. Therefore, henceforth, the administration of the entrusted territory shall be handled the same as private domains. Regarding public works, land exchanges, and new development, reports shall be made, but these should be handled according to the written regulations. Tax collection shall be permanently fixed exempt with full monetary payment, and regarding various account books, important matters shall be submitted as before. For detailed matters, consultation should be made with the finance magistrate.
