二日牧野備前守殿江聞番被召呼被仰渡候間御預
地村方江今日中に可申渡旨被仰出候条可被得

午三月十一日 文化七年也
能州御預所是以後却而御私領同様に被扱候様今般御
用番ゟ申渡候依之養子縁組等萬端他支配之者
之振に可相心得候
一御預所之者御当地江罷越致止宿候へは出入共時々少紙を以
旅宿ゟ及断候へ共以後ふ及共儀遠所止宿之通に
相心得可申事右之通町中江可被申觸候以上

二日、牧野備前守殿へ聞番が召し呼ばれて仰せ渡されたので、御預地の村方へ今日中に申し渡すべき旨が仰せ出されたので、その意を得るべきことである。
午三月十一日（文化七年）
能州御預所はこれ以後かえって御私領同様に取り扱われるよう今般御用番から申し渡された。これにより養子縁組等万端、他支配の者の振る舞いに相心得るべきである。
一、御預所の者が御当地へ罷り越して止宿する場合は、出入りとも時々少紙をもって旅宿から断りを入れていたが、以後はそのような儀は遠所止宿の通りに相心得て申すべきことである。右の通り町中へ申し触れるべきである。以上

The Noto entrusted territory shall henceforth be administered in the same manner as private domains, as has been communicated by the duty magistrate on this occasion. Accordingly, adoptions, marriages, and all other matters should be conducted in the same manner as those under other jurisdictions.
Article: When persons from the entrusted territory come to stay in our locality, both arrivals and departures have occasionally been reported by inns using brief written notices, but henceforth such procedures should be understood to follow the same practices as for lodging from distant places. The above should be announced throughout the town. End.
