右今般差し上げられた郡村の帳面を相改め上聞に及び、成し下される御朱印である。この儀は両人奉行が仰せ付けられるに依り執達する。件の如し。

The above represents the vermillion seal decree issued after reviewing and reporting to His Lordship the district and village registers submitted on this occasion. This matter is executed as ordered by the two magistrates.
