文政六年未年十月、九十一歳になったため、老人扶養手当を下賜された件
一、元文四年未年六月、父の願いの通り初めての目見えを仰せ付けられた件
一、宝暦元年未年閏六月、父の願いの通り番代を仰せ付けられ、萱野権兵衛の下で城番を勤めることになった件
一、同六年子年十二月、組頭萱野権兵衛の願いの通り役職を免ぜられ、後任として春日仁左衛門組に所属することになった件
一、同九年卯年八月、組頭春日仁左衛門の願いの通り役職を免ぜられ、後任として武川介右衛門組に所属することになった件
