一同六丑年十一月御次番被 仰  付候事 一同年十二月  恭定様御内意を以忰数江妻ニ  笹原源吉女縁組被 仰付候事 一同七寅年閏六月不時為勤番罷  登翌卯三月罷下候   但陣中御供助役被 仰付且   又御納戸払之御品をも頂   戴仕候事 一同八卯年六月於江戸御供助役無  懈怠出精相勤候段被 仰出候事 一安永元辰年江戸為勤番罷登候事 【朱書】一同年六月御納戸役被 仰付候事 一同年《見せ消ち:六|八》月御目付仮役被 仰付候   但本務并上御屋敷芝御茶屋   宿御番相勤同十一月罷下候事 一同年十二月初陣ニ候へ共出精相  勤候段被 仰出候   但此後者勤番之毎度銀子三   枚ツヽ被下置候事

現代語訳

一、同六年丑年十一月、御次番を仰せ付けられた件 一、同年十二月、恭定様の御内意により、息子数江の妻として笹原源吉の娘との縁組を仰せ付けられた件 一、同七年寅年閏六月、臨時勤番のため江戸に上り、翌卯年三月に帰国した   ただし陣中御供助役を仰せ付けられ、また御納戸払いの御品も頂戴した件 一、同八年卯年六月、江戸において御供助役を怠ることなく精励して勤めた旨を仰せ出された件 一、安永元年辰年、勤番のため江戸に上った件 【朱書】一、同年六月、御納戸役を仰せ付けられた件 一、同年八月、御目付仮役を仰せ付けられた   ただし本務ならびに上御屋敷芝御茶屋宿御番を勤め、同十一月に帰国した件 一、同年十二月、初陣であったが精励して勤めた旨を仰せ出された   ただしこの後は勤番の度ごとに銀子三枚ずつを下し置かれた件

1. In the 11th month of the same 6th year (year of the ox), was appointed to御次番 (palace guard duty) 1. In the 6th month of the same 8th year (year of the rabbit), was commended for diligently serving as assistant to the lord's retinue in Edo without negligence 1. In Anei 1 (year of the dragon), went up to Edo for guard duty 【Written in red ink】1. In the 6th month of the same year, was appointed to the position of御納戸役 (storehouse administrator) 1. In the 8th month of the same year, was appointed as temporary御目付 (inspector)   However, performed regular duties as well as guard duty at the upper residence's Shiba tea house quarters, and returned home in the 11th month 1. In the 12th month of the same year, although it was his first campaign, was commended for serving with diligence   However, from this time forward, was granted three pieces of silver for each term of guard duty
