恭定様御
仮殿へ日々拝
礼仕度段奉
願候処御由緒
も有之候ニ付被
任願御葬
之節も御供
被 仰付候事
をも相勤候様被 仰付候事
一同四卯年二月御家中御免山〆り方被
仰付候事
一同八未年八月追鳥狩へ罷出候
但此後三度罷出候事
一同年十二月当追鳥狩之節列伍足
並宜相揃運用無滞段兼而合隊稽
古をも致出精候義と 思召候旨相組
一同御称美被成下候
但此後毎度御称美被成下候事
一同十酉年閏十二【十一誤ヵ】月御振合被転候ニ付
茶湯〆り方御免被成是迄数年出精
相勤候ニ付為御褒美綿壱把被下置候事
一同年十二月三ノ丸教場并本郷原合隊
稽古之儀列伍足並等相揃候段致出
精候義と 思召候旨相組一同御称美被
