an attendant

1. In the 12th month of Kanen 3, Horse year,
he was granted six items as mementos from Lord Dotsune
1. In the same month, he was appointed as regular duty page and granted
leave for rest, going down to Aizu
1. In the 3rd month of Hōreki 3, Rooster year, he was granted a hundred
days' leave for rest, went down to Aizu,
and went back up [to Edo] in the 7th month of the same year
1. In the 9th month of the same year, because he served as meal attendant, he was granted
full rank status as well as a monetary reward for his service
1. In the 12th month of the same year,
when Lord Kyōsada suffered from measles, he served diligently
