妻は養父八郎右衛門忠勝の娘
一、元文二年（巳年）四月、亡父の御擬作の内から
五石を減じ、二十石四人扶持を下し置かれ、
召し出され外様組付を仰せ付けられ、一ノ瀬監物の
組に入ったが、病気により願い出て小普請
料を差し上げた事
一、同年十一月、病気が快気したので
出勤したい旨を願い出て許可された事
一、延享二年（丑年）三月、五石の御加増を
下し置かれ、御供番を仰せ付けられた事
一、同三年（寅年）十月、勤番として江戸表へ

Ichinose Kenmotsu's unit, but due to illness, petitioned and submitted
minor construction fees

petitioned to resume service and was granted permission
One: Enyō 2 (Year of the Ox, 1745), 3rd month, granted an increase
of five koku and appointed to escort guard duty
