一同八寅年十月為勤番江戸表へ罷
登翌卯四月御下向御供ニ而罷下候
但御道中御戸番仮役被 仰付無
滞相勤候段被 仰出候事
一同十辰年三月
恭定様御上京被遊候ニ付御上下之
御供仕候事
一同十二午年四月御供為勤番罷
登同十月罷下候
但御道中御戸番仮役被 仰付
無滞相勤且陣中精出無滞相
勤候段被 仰出候事
一同十三未年五月 御着城之砌起
帰休之内御戸番仮役被 仰付相勤

現代語訳
仰せ出された事
一、同八年（寅年）十月、勤番として江戸表へ出向し、
翌卯年四月、御下向の御供として帰参した
ただし御道中において御戸番仮役を仰せ付けられ、滞りなく
勤務した段を仰せ出された事
一、同十年（辰年）三月
恭定様が御上京なされたので、御上下の
御供を務めた事
一、同十二年（午年）四月、御供として勤番のため出向し、
同十月に帰参した
ただし御道中において御戸番仮役を仰せ付けられ、
滞りなく勤務し、且つ陣中において精励して滞りなく
勤務した段を仰せ出された事
一、同十三年（未年）五月、御着城の折、起帰休の
うちに御戸番仮役を仰せ付けられ勤務した

One: Same 8th year, Year of the Tiger (1758), 10th month, proceeded to Edo as rotating guard duty,
in the 4th month of the following Year of the Rabbit, returned serving as escort for His Lordship's return journey
However, during the road travel was appointed to temporary gate guard duty, and served
without delay, this was proclaimed
One: Same 10th year, Year of the Dragon (1760), 3rd month
as Lord Kyōtei went up to Kyoto, served as
escort for the journey up and down
One: Same 12th year, Year of the Horse (1762), 4th month, proceeded as escort for rotating guard duty,
returned in the same 10th month
However, during the road travel was appointed to temporary gate guard duty,
served without delay, and moreover during the campaign served diligently without delay,
this was proclaimed
One: Same 13th year, Year of the Sheep (1763), 5th month, upon arrival at the castle, during the
rest period for the return journey, was appointed to temporary gate guard duty and served
in this capacity
One: Same year, 6th month, was appointed to gate guard duty
One: Meiwa 1st year, Year of the Monkey (1764), 3rd month, 16th day, died of illness at age 40,
posthumous Buddhist name was Rinshō-in Yōtō Koji, burial site
