上げ度い旨を願いの通り任せられた事
一 同四年亥年八月、頭杉田五郎兵衛の願い
の通り御役御免につき跡の御役で加須屋五
左衛門組に移った事
一 安永元年辰年十一月、弥惣兵衛と改
名したい旨を願いの通り任せられた事
一 天明六年午年十一月、頭加須屋五左衛門の
願いの通り隠居につき跡の御役で沼沢九郎兵衛
組に移った事
