助組ニ罷成候事
一同五丑年九月追鳥狩之節罷出候
但此後九度罷出候事
一同六寅年四月去秋追鳥狩之
節列伍足並運用之次第宜相揃兼
而内稽古等致出精候故之義と被
思召之旨相組一同御称美被成下候
但此後追鳥狩ニ罷出候毎度御

七養子ニ仕度旨被任願候事
一同年九月養子留七不縁ニ付本姓

現代語訳
御役を召し上げられたにつき跡の御役で神保内蔵
助組に移った事
一 同五年丑年九月、追鳥狩の節に出席した
但しこの後九度出席した事
一 同六年寅年四月、去秋の追鳥狩の
節、列伍足並み運用の次第がよく相揃いかね
ており内稽古等に出精したゆえの義と思し
召しの旨、相組一同御称美を成し下された
但しこの後追鳥狩に出席する毎度御
称美を成し下された事
一 同七年卯年二月、杉田五郎兵衛の弟留
七を養子にしたい旨を願いの通り任せられた事
一 同年九月、養子留七との不縁につき本姓
へ返したい旨を願いの通り任せられた事
一 享和元年酉年六月、原彦兵衛の次男
一馬を養子にしたい旨を願いの通り任せられた事
一 同三年亥年六月、御供番仮役を
仰せ付けられた事
一 文化元年子年三月、養子一馬が病身
につき本姓へ返したい旨を願いの通り任せられた事
