一 文政二年卯年五月、赤羽八左衛門の次男
藤次郎は病気が全快したにつき正式な養子縁組を
したい旨を願いの通り任せられた事
一 同月、数度養子縁組が成立せず、また養子の
願いを申し上げたにつき、組付を召し放たれ小普請を
仰せ付けられた事
一 同年十月、御目見を仰せ付けられた事
一 同四年巳年正月、席次を猪苗代士の次に
仰せ付けられた事
一 同五年午年正月、外様組付を仰せ付けられ
萱野権兵衛組に入り、御城御番を
勤めた事
一 同六年未年九月、願いの通り御疑作を
