一、同十三年子年四月、願いの通り御擬作を召し上げられた件
一、文政元年寅年三月十二日、六十四歳にて病死。法名は慈法院演誉有無。葬所は大窪山。

雄左衛門高久 池上（初め友之丞）鶴之助 当分養子

一、寛政七年卯年正月、江戸において一旨流槍術〆り方を仰せ付けられた
ただし、兄十右衛門が江戸常詰めにて罷り有る間、御供番御供方外様士等の定めで御雇いを度々仰せ付けられた件
一、同十二年申年七月、槍術〆り方

1. In the 4th month of the same 13th year (1816), year of the Rat, his stipend assessment was withdrawn as requested.
1. On the 12th day of the 3rd month of Bunsei 1 (1818), year of the Tiger, he died of illness at the age of sixty-four. His posthumous Buddhist name was Jihō-in Enyū Umu. He was buried at Ōkubo-yama.

Note: While his elder brother Jūemon was stationed permanently in Edo, he was frequently appointed as a hired attendant according to the regulations for attendant guards and outside retainers.
