一 延享元子年正月精出無不参
相勤候段被 仰出候事
一 同月御膳番見習被 仰付候事
一 同年五月亡父御擬作之内三人
扶持御増被下七人扶持ニ被成下候事
一 同二丑年正月精出宜相勤候ニ付
為御褒美生絹一疋被下置候事
【朱書 一 同年十一月御振舞之節配積才判番処共へ心ヲ合宜相勤候段被仰出候事】
一 同三寅年九月御先番ニ而罷登
翌寅四月御先番ニ而罷下候事
一 同四卯年二月御膳番仮役被仰付候
但此後右仮役度ニ被 仰付候事
一 寛延元辰年四月御供ニ而罷登
翌巳四月御供ニ而罷下候事
一 同三午年三月御供ニ而罷登同十月
土常様御尊骸御供罷下三ノ
丸御仮屋御番相勤候事
一 同年五月於江戸表ニ御膳番被

一 宝暦元未年正月江戸常詰被仰付候事

仰せ付けられた事
一 延享元年子年正月、精出して無不参で
勤めた段を仰せ出された事
一 同月、御膳番見習を仰せ付けられた事
一 同年五月、亡父の御擬作の内三人
扶持を御増しで下され、七人扶持にして下された事
一 同二年丑年正月、精出して宜しく勤めたので
御褒美として生絹一疋を下し置かれた事
