土常様御小性被 召出候事
一 同五戌年正月左仲ト相改度

但一郎と申名唱悪候間左仲

を下し置かれ、十四歳の節、
土井常様の御小性として召し出された事
一 同五年戌年正月、左仲と名前を改めたい
旨を願い任された
但し、一郎という名前の唱えが悪い間、左仲に
名前を改めるよう内々に仰せ聞かされたので
改めた事
一 同年三月、御先番として登り、翌
酉十一月、御先番として下った事
一 寛保二年戌年九月、御先番として
登り、翌亥四月、御先番として下った事
一 同三年亥年四月、願いの通り半元服を
仰せ付けられた事
一 同年六月、御納戸払いの御品として、御小
袖三つ、御帷子二つ、麻の御上下三具、
綟子の御肩衣一つ、御袴一下りを
下し置かれた
但し、この後度々品々を下し置かれた事
