養生したい旨を願い出て許可され、同月下った事

出すよう仰せ付けられた事
一 同二年申年十一月、病気が快癒し
小普請料を差し出していた段を恐れ入り、
何らかの勤めを仰せ付けて下さるよう
願い出たところ、同十二月、外様
組付を仰せ付けられ、萱野権兵衛組へ入り
御城御番を勤めた事
一 同十三年未年十一月、黒河内太郎
左衛門の弟左太郎を養子にしたい旨を
願い出て許可された事
一 明和九年辰年三月二十二日、四十
七歳で病死、法名青柳院春山
