御紋御小袖御帷子《見せ消ち：麻｜麻》御上下所持

勤候ニ付絹壱疋綿壱把御内々被下置候
但此後度々被下置候事

勤めたことにつき、絹一疋・綿一把を内々に下し置かれた
ただしこの後度々下し置かれた事
