現代語訳
御屋敷に罷在して句読師を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられ、右御屋敷に罷在する内は二人扶持を下し置かれた事
一 同年五月、学問に精出したとの事につき、年割以下種々の子弟に至るまで望み次第に指南するよう、もっとも時々には学館へ罷出て手伝うよう仰せ付けられた事
一 同三年亥年正月、精出して門弟共が御立派になったにつき、御賄扶持一人御増しを下し置かれた事
一 同四年子年八月、不調法の筋があり、御賄扶持を召し上げられ、学館への指南ともに御免になった事
一 同五年丑年九月、先達って御尤もを仰せ付けられたところ、近頃学文に精出し人柄が相応しいとの事につき、大学生へ相進められた事
一 同七年卯年二月、片峯保助跡の篳篥指南補勤を仰せ付けられた事

One Same 3rd year, year of the boar, 1st month, because he worked hard and his disciples became excellent, his meal stipend was increased by one person.
One Same 4th year, year of the rat, 8th month, due to some misconduct, his meal stipend was revoked and he was dismissed from instruction at the academy.
One Same 5th year, year of the ox, 9th month, having previously been deemed reasonable, and because recently he had applied himself to learning and his character was deemed suitable, he was promoted to university student (daigakusei).
One Same 7th year, year of the rabbit, 2nd month, he was appointed to serve as assistant instructor of hichiriki (double-reed wind instrument) succeeding Katamine Yasusuke.
