以上京仕度趣願申上候処願之通り被
仰付大曲壱具得伝授罷帰候事
一 同三寅年九月追鳥狩之節罷出
獲拝領仕候事
一 同五辰年四月箏師範致候様被
仰付候事
一 同六巳年四月多年雅楽ニ心を
委品々之業宜致候ニ付役銘雅楽師
範と被 仰付格別之訳を以席
井上半兵衛次ニ被成下此節雅楽衰
微之由ニ候間一向ニ任し引立ニ相成
候様可取計旨被 仰出候事
一 同七午年二月仮銘雅楽頭取ニ
被 仰付勤方是迄之通り可
心得旨被 仰出候事
一 同年十一月楽器御調義御用
被 仰付江戸表へ罷登候事
一 同八未年九月沢田蕃上屋敷被
下置候事
一 同十酉年閏十一月御内證方御繰合之
現代語訳
以上京都仕度の趣、願い申し上げた所、願いの通り仰せ付けられ、大曲壱具を得て伝授を受け、罷り帰った事
一 同三年寅年九月、追鳥狩の節に罷り出て、獲物を拝領仕った事
一 同五年辰年四月、箏師範を致すよう仰せ付けられた事
一 同六年巳年四月、多年雅楽に心を込め、品々の業を宜しく致したにつき、役銘を雅楽師範と仰せ付けられ、格別の訳を以て席は井上半兵衛の次に成し下され、この節雅楽衰微の由に候間、一向に任せて引き立てに相成るよう取り計らうべき旨を仰せ出された事
一 同七年午年二月、仮銘雅楽頭取に仰せ付けられ、勤め方はこれまでの通り心得るべき旨を仰せ出された事
一 同年十一月、楽器御調義の御用を仰せ付けられ江戸表へ罷り登った事
一 同八年未年九月、沢田蕃上屋敷を下し置かれた事
一 同十年酉年閏十一月、御内證方御繰合の
