一 同四亥年四月江戸為勤番罷登陣
中よろしく相勤候ニ付為骨折料金

一 同十一午年四月御供為勤番罷登
御道中駄賃払役無滞相勤候ニ付
為御褒美金壱分被下置罷下候

公方様日光山江被為遊 御社参候ニ
付御固為御用南山五十里村へ罷越候

公方様が日光山へ御社参されるに
つき、御固めの御用で南山五十里村へ赴いた

上がったところ、陣中で他邦急湿密々御用を
相勤め下がる節に、骨折料として金二分を下し
置かれた事
