得とも独礼ニ被成下御役料只今迄之

普請役大塚小大夫森谷為助荒堀
彦五郎川際御普請再見として
被参候節応対御用相勤候事
一 同十酉年五月狩席ニ而御普請方小
奉行被 仰付年米精出相勤功
作も有之候ニ付格別之訳を以只今迄
之御役料壱石五斗江五斗御足御加
増ニ被成下外ニ壱石御役料被下置候

御勘定吟味加勤を仰せ付けられ重要な職務であるが、独礼に成し下され、御役料は只今までの通り下し置かれる旨を仰せ付けられた事
一 同年五月、小千谷陣屋詰勤番として赴いた事

公儀御勘定御役人堀屋吉兵衛殿、御普請役大塚小大夫、森谷為助、荒堀彦五郎が川際御普請再見として参られた節、応対御用を相勤めた事
一 同十酉年五月、狩席において御普請方小奉行を仰せ付けられ、年米精出して相勤め功作もあったため、格別の訳を以て只今までの御役料一石五斗へ五斗御足しの御加増に成し下され、外に一石の御役料を下し置かれた事
一 同年、寄合役所任役を仰せ付けられた
