夥敷義と奉存候
一私共儀地震後廿六日昼頃彼地出立途中地割候場
所漸通行仕飛騨守殿用人も引続出立いたし候処塩崎
村之山手之方ゟ夥敷人声ニ而追々寄集り用人を取巻
中ニは親ニわかれ候も有之妻子ニ別れ候も有之
たすけ呉よ夫食ヲあてえくれよとなきわめき候ニ付
彼地詰合地代官其外手代等呼寄段々利解手当方
