数度見琦瑰作羹伝世人令我憶
蓬萊茹葷厭葱韭此物乃呈才戎
菽来南川【山の誤ヵ】清漪浣浮埃転身一旋
現代語訳
【右丁】
この子（豆腐）の質は泥のようであるが、これこそ淮南の佳品である
草庵に供えて一味の禅を味わう
あの仙人の肌は雪を欺くほど白く、ただ寧楽の精工を見よ
瓊楼を設けて珍味の饗宴を催す
【左丁】
孫大雅の菽乳詩
淮南は信に佳士なり、仙を思い高台を築く、老いに入りて童顔に変ず
鴻宝は枕中に開き、異方の味を営む
数度琦瑰を見て羹を作り世人に伝える、我をして蓬萊を憶わしめる
葷を茹で葱韭を厭う、此の物すなわち才を呈す
菽は南川（山）より来たり、清漪にて浮埃を浣う、転身一旋
