数度見琦瑰作羹伝世人令我憶
蓬萊茹葷厭葱韭此物乃呈才戎

【右丁】
この子(豆腐)の質は泥のようであるが、これこそ淮南の佳品である
草庵に供えて一味の禅を味わう
あの仙人の肌は雪を欺くほど白く、ただ寧楽の精工を見よ
瓊楼を設けて珍味の饗宴を催す

孫大雅の菽乳詩
淮南は信に佳士なり、仙を思い高台を築く、老いに入りて童顔に変ず
鴻宝は枕中に開き、異方の味を営む
数度琦瑰を見て羹を作り世人に伝える、我をして蓬萊を憶わしめる
葷を茹で葱韭を厭う、此の物すなわち才を呈す
菽は南川(山)より来たり、清漪にて浮埃を浣う、転身一旋

Huainan is truly home to worthy men, thinking of immortals they built high towers, in old age transforming to youthful countenance

Repeatedly seeing wondrous gems, making soup to pass down to people, making me recall Penglai
Boiling meat dishes, detesting scallions and leeks, this thing displays its talent
Beans come from the southern river (mountain), washing away floating dust in clear ripples, transforming with one turn
