現代語訳
【右丁】
磨り流れる膏（豆乳）を盆や甕に入れ、大釜の気は浮き浮きと立ち上る、小さな泡
湯はぐるぐると回り、しばらくすると晴れた波が翻り、座して雪の花が白く積もるのを見る
青塩が液に化け、滷（にがり）が絳蝋（赤い蝋）のように煙煤を竄らせ、霍々として磨かれる
昆吾（名剣）で白玉のような大きな片を裁ち、烹煎して我が口に適う
老いた歯が砕けることを畏れず、蒸した豚肉など何の必要があろうか、人乳を聖人も哀れんだ
万銭と同じく一度の満腹、この言葉は戯言ではない
