現代語訳

艮山の祠において制限があるかのように退いて、霊恵助順嘉応英烈妃に封じられた。宝祐二年、干ばつを救って助順嘉応英烈協正妃に封じられた。三年、また霊恵助順嘉応慈済妃に封じられた。四年、霊恵協正嘉応慈済妃に封じられた。この年、浙江の堤防が完成して霊恵協正嘉応善慶妃に封じられた。五年、教授王里が朝廷に請うて、妃の父を積慶侯に、母を顕慶夫人に封じ、女兄および神佐にもみな錫命があった。景定三年、逆風で海賊の船を膠着させて捕らえさせ、霊恵顕済嘉応善慶妃に封じられた。《割書：宋代は夫人に四回、妃に十回加封し、合計十四回の封号である》

元の世祖至元十八年、海運が神の加護を得たことにより護国明著天妃に封じられた《割書：天妃に封じられた始まり》。さらに顕佑を進められた。成宗大德三年、漕運で霊験を現したことにより輔聖庇民明著天妃に封じられた。仁宗は護国庇民広済明著天妃を加封した。文宗天暦二年、霊感助順福恵徽烈を加封した《割書：合計二十字》。廟額は霊慈である《割書：元代は天妃に昇進させ、合計五回加封した》。これらはすべて海運の危険において度々顕著な霊応を見たからである。

明の太祖は昭孝純正孚済感応聖妃に封じた。成祖永楽七年、護国庇民妙霊昭応弘仁普済天妃に封じた《割書：現在まですべてこの封号を用いている》。その後、官を遣わして祭祀を行うことが年中行事となった。荘烈帝は天仙聖母青霊普化碧霞元君に封じ、さらに青賢普化慈応碧霞元君を加えた《割書：明代は聖妃に一回封じ、天妃に改封を一回、元君に改封を二回、合計四回の封号である》。

In the second year of Baoyou, she relieved drought and was enfeoffed as Imperial Consort Zhushun Jiaying Yinglie Xiezheng (Assisting Compliance, Auspiciously Responsive, Heroically Fierce, and Cooperatively Upright). In the third year, she was again enfeoffed as Imperial Consort Linghui Zhushun Jiaying Ciji (Spiritually Benevolent, Assisting Compliance, Auspiciously Responsive, and Compassionately Relieving). In the fourth year, she was enfeoffed as Imperial Consort Linghui Xiezheng Jiaying Ciji (Spiritually Benevolent, Cooperatively Upright, Auspiciously Responsive, and Compassionately Relieving). In this year, when the Zhejiang dike was completed, she was enfeoffed as Imperial Consort Linghui Xiezheng Jiaying Shanqing (Spiritually Benevolent, Cooperatively Upright, Auspiciously Responsive, and Virtuously Celebrating). In the fifth year, Professor Wang Li petitioned the court, and the goddess's father was enfeoffed as Marquis Jiqing, her mother as Lady Xianqing, and her elder sister and divine assistants all received imperial commands. In the third year of Jingding, she caused contrary winds to immobilize pirate ships so they could be captured, and was enfeoffed as Imperial Consort Linghui Xianji Jiaying Shanqing (Spiritually Benevolent, Manifestly Relieving, Auspiciously Responsive, and Virtuously Celebrating). 《Marginal note: The Song dynasty made four enfeoffments as Lady and ten additional enfeoffments as Imperial Consort, totaling fourteen enfeoffments》

In the eighteenth year of Zhiyuan under Yuan Emperor Shizu, because sea transport received divine protection, she was enfeoffed as Huguo Mingzhu Tianfei (Nation-Protecting, Clearly Manifest Heavenly Consort) 《Marginal note: The beginning of enfeoffment as Heavenly Consort》. She was further promoted to Xianyou. In the third year of Dade under Emperor Chengzong, because she manifested spiritual efficacy in grain transport, she was enfeoffed as Fusheng Bimin Mingzhu Tianfei (Assisting Sages, Protecting People, Clearly Manifest Heavenly Consort). Emperor Renzong additionally enfeoffed her as Huguo Bimin Guangji Mingzhu Tianfei (Nation-Protecting, People-Protecting, Widely Relieving, Clearly Manifest Heavenly Consort). In the second year of Tianli under Emperor Wenzong, he additionally enfeoffed her as Linggan Zhushun Fuhui Weilie 《Marginal note: A total of twenty characters》. The temple plaque reads Lingci 《Marginal note: The Yuan dynasty promoted her to Heavenly Consort with a total of five additional enfeoffments》. All these were because she repeatedly showed manifest divine responses during the dangers of sea transport.

Ming Emperor Taizu enfeoffed her as Zhaoxiao Chunzheng Fuji Ganying Shengfei (Filially Manifest, Purely Upright, Trustworthily Relieving, Responsively Sensing Sacred Consort). In the seventh year of Yongle under Emperor Chengzu, she was enfeoffed as Huguo Bimin Miaoling Zhaoying Hongren Puji Tianfei (Nation-Protecting, People-Protecting, Mysteriously Spiritual, Manifestly Responsive, Broadly Benevolent, Universally Relieving Heavenly Consort) 《Marginal note: This title continues to be used to this day》. Thereafter, dispatching officials to offer sacrifices became an annual custom. Emperor Zhuanglie enfeoffed her as Tianxian Shengmu Qingling Puhua Bixia Yuanjun (Heavenly Immortal Sacred Mother, Blue Spirit, Universally Transforming, Azure Cloud Primordial Lady), and further added Qingxian Puhua Ciying Bixia Yuanjun (Blue Virtuous, Universally Transforming, Compassionately Responsive, Azure Cloud Primordial Lady) 《Marginal note: The Ming dynasty made one enfeoffment as Sacred Consort, one change to Heavenly Consort, and two changes to Primordial Lady, totaling four enfeoffments》.
