元禄九子年八月御触之覚
一今度本郷ニ而金銀吹直候場所之外
一切金銀吹直し申間敷候自然脇々
ニ而吹直候もの有之歟又者似セ金
銀拵候もの有之者早速訴出へし
縦同類たりといふ共其科を免し
急度御褒美被下其あたを
不成様可申付若隠置後日外ゟ
顕二おゐてハ其身者不及申諸親
類并所之者迄可為曲事者也

一今度新金ニ而弐朱判出来世間江
相渡候通用自由之ためニ候間國々
所々迄其旨を存商売御取方
無滞弐朱判をも用可申候弐朱判者

一前々相触候通似セ金銀仕者有之者

元禄九年子年八月の御触書の覚書
一、今回本郷において金銀を吹き直す場所以外では、一切金銀の吹き直しをしてはならない。もし他の場所で吹き直しをする者がいるか、または偽の金銀を作る者がいれば、早急に訴え出るべし。たとえ同類であっても、その罪を免じ、必ず御褒美を下される。その仇討ちができないよう申し付ける。もし隠しておいて後日他から発覚した場合は、その本人は言うまでもなく、諸親類および所の者まで処罰の対象とする。
子年九月
覚書
一、今回新金で二朱判ができ、世間に流通させる。通用を自由にするため、国々や各地においてもその趣旨を理解し、商売や御取扱いに支障なく二朱判も使用すべきである。二朱判は一分の半分の価値とすべきこと。
一、大判・小判・一分判はもちろん、従来通り通用させること。
一、以前から触れている通り、偽の金銀を作る者がいれば、訴人として届け出るべし。たとえ同類であっても、その罪を免じ、必ず御褒美を下される。仇討ちができないよう申し付ける。総じて金銀の細工をする者は、その場所において注意を払い、少しでも疑わしいことを見聞きした場合は、早急に申し出るべし。隠しておいて他から発覚した場合は、本人は言うまでもなく、諸親類やその所の者まで処罰の対象とする。

1. This time, two-shu coins have been made from new gold and are being distributed to the public. To facilitate free circulation, all provinces and localities should understand this purpose and use the two-shu coins without hindrance in commerce and official transactions. The two-shu coin should be valued at half of one bu.
1. Large gold coins (ōban), small gold coins (koban), and one-bu coins should of course continue to circulate as before.
