右七人の馬喰共が保田伝右衛門宅において馬目付を申し付けられましたので、そのように心得て、すべて馬に関することについて、右七人の馬目付共がさらに取り締まるよう、違反することのないよう町中に申し触れること。以上

御初入につき御出府、左の通り
勝間河原御用留等ができたため、まさに古川底から今より築城まで、殺生留川とします。もっとも分つ方下役並びに網打ちの者が見回り改めるよう申し付けます。
卯七月
一、町方において出火した際、本宅は今まで通り忌服すること
一、蔵屋・長屋・車屋が出火した時は、本家の当主は遠慮すべきです。しかし隣家の本宅まで焼失した場合は忌服すること
一、本家または蔵屋・長屋・本屋等において、手違いによって事が立たない場合
