多識編・芳草類に曰く
　　荊（ケイ）三稜　和名：須計（スケ）
　　　　　　　　　　美留須（ミルス）
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　異名：草三稜と同名ゆえ、
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　前巻に記して略す。

　　三稜には四種あり。荊三稜・草三稜・黒三稜・石三稜
　　あり。形状は相似て同じからず、根もまた異なる。皆、薬に入る。

The Tashiki-hen, section on fragrant grasses, states:
　　Jīng (Kei) Sānléng (Sanryō)　Japanese name: Suke
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　Mirusu
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　Other name: Shares the same name as Grass Sanryō (Kusa-sanryō),
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　and is therefore noted briefly in the previous volume.

　　There are four varieties of Sanryō: Jīng-Sānléng (Kei-sanryō), Cǎo-Sānléng (Kusa-sanryō),
　　Hēi-Sānléng (Koku-sanryō), and Shí-Sānléng (Ishi-sanryō).
　　Though they resemble one another in form, they are not identical,
　　and their roots also differ. All are used in medicine.
