江戸に参上していたところ、御広間御雇を仰せ付けられ、その職務を勤めたこと
一同年二月 父親が先だって御知行を召し上げられ、その後十人扶持で召し出されたことに付き、頭の沼沢権兵衛の願いの通り御目見を仰せ付けられたこと
一元文三午年四月 頭の沼沢権兵衛の願いの通り御番代を仰せ付けられ、右同人の組にて御城御番を相勤めたこと
一寛延元辰年閏十月 亡父の御扶持方のうち一人扶持を減らされ、九人扶持を下し置かれたこと

英語訳
While stationed in Edo, he was appointed to the御広間御雇 (Ohiroma goyō) position and served in that capacity.
In the 2nd month of the same year: Since his father had previously had his stipend (chigi) confiscated and was subsequently summoned back with a ten-person stipend, as requested by his superior Numasawa Gonbei, he was granted a formal audience.
In the 4th month of Genbun 3 (1738): As requested by his superior Numasawa Gonbei, he was appointed as a substitute guard (banshiro) and served castle guard duty in the same person's unit.
In the intercalary 10th month of Kan'en 1 (1748): One person's stipend was reduced from his deceased father's stipend allowance, and he was granted a nine-person stipend.
In the 5th month of Kan'en 2 (1749): He was appointed as personal attendant (okaishimori) to Lord Kyōtei and was directly granted fifteen koku and a three-person stipend.
In the 3rd month of Kan'en 3 (1750): He went to Edo for guard duty service and returned in the 9th month of the same year.
In the 7th month of the same year: He was granted used kosode robes and katabira summer garments from the lord's wardrobe.
In the 11th month of the same year: His role as personal attendant was [combined] with that of御近習番 (okinjū-ban)...
