土常様御表へ被為移候ニ付役銘御近習番

土常様御家督之爲御祝儀銀子弐枚被下置候事

現代語訳
土常様が表へ移られたことに伴い、役名を御近習番と称するよう仰せ出された件
一、同十七子年正月
土常様の家督相続のお祝いとして銀子二枚を下賜された件
一、同十八丑年三月、勤番のため江戸表へ上った件
一、同年五月、神田図書跡屋敷をお振り替えで
下賜された件
一、同年九月に帰国した件
一、同十九寅年八月、交代の御近習番の入用がないため、
無役を仰せ付けられたが、今まで通りの席で
置かれ、後に相応の役儀を仰せ付けられるとのこと。
精を出して勤めたため絹二疋を下賜され、
小普請料を免除される旨が仰せ出された件
一、同二十卯年六月、御供番を仰せ付けられ、十石
一人扶持のご加増を下賜された件
一、同年十二月、臨時で勤番のため江戸表へ上り、
翌辰三月に帰国した件

英語訳
When Lord Dotsune was transferred to the main residence, the role title was changed to "御近習番" (gokinjū-ban, personal attendant guard)
• In the 17th year, 1st month (1732):
Was granted two pieces of silver in celebration of Lord Dotsune's succession to family headship
• In the 18th year, 3rd month (1733): Went up to Edo for guard duty
• In the 5th month of the same year: Was granted the former residence
of Kanda Tosho through reassignment
• In the 9th month of the same year: Returned home
• In the 19th year, 8th month (1734): As there was no need for a replacement personal attendant guard,
was assigned to "no official post" but remained in his current position,
with the understanding that an appropriate role would be assigned later.
For his diligent service, was granted two rolls of silk and
exempted from kobushin-ryō (construction fees)
• In the 20th year, 6th month (1735): Was appointed to attendant guard and
granted an increase of ten koku and one person's stipend
• In the 12th month of the same year: Made an emergency trip to Edo for guard duty,
returned in the 3rd month of the following Tatsu year
• In Genbun 2nd year, 9th month (1737): Went up to Edo for guard duty,
returned in the 3rd month of the following Uma year
