一寛文六午年九月跡式御知行百五
拾石無御相違被下置外様組付
被仰付【朱挿入】「堀半左衛門組ニ而」御城御番相勤候
但誰組ニ入候哉不詳候事
一延宝元丑年三月為勤番江戸表へ
罷登同九月罷下候事
一天和元酉年十一月為火消番江戸表へ
