雛蔵とお佐野は仲睦まじく偕老の語らいをして年月を重ね、深い仲になった。今日も山名の八幡で出会い、互いに起請文を取り交わして戯れていた。
「私ももうこの頃数か月になりました。きっと来世までも夫婦ですよ。」
「そなたより他に可愛い者はいない。二人が夫婦になった所が、本当に水も漏らさぬ仲というものだ。」

「道理で今まで俺を安本の親玉にしやがった。二人ながら嫌らしく打っ殺してやろう。」
