現代語訳
無花果（いちじく）など。時々の珍味に限りがないであろう。樹木は、朱檀、黒檀、黄楊、松、檜、楓、櫟、椴（もみ）、榿（はんの木）、桐、柳、桑、栗、杉、榎、桜、榛（はしばみ）、ローレル、薔薇、菩提樹などの材木を、板、小割、角材として木挽に製材させるべきである。世界の珍しく奇異な宝物は、金剛石（ダイヤモンド）など。

Figs and other fruits provide endless seasonal delicacies. For trees, there are sandalwood, ebony, boxwood, pine, cypress, maple, oak, fir, alder, paulownia, willow, mulberry, chestnut, cedar, hackberry, cherry, hazel, laurel, rose, and bodhi tree.
