借用申銀子之事
一銀高弐百目 但シ元ト銀
右之銀子慥ニ借用申所実正也此質
物ニハ私シ持分有所ハ大平之内ゆり谷
ころひ畑壱ヶ所不残書入申候尤銀子
返弁之儀ハ来ル十一月切ニ急度御算
用可仕候若シ銀子少ニ而も遅々仕候ハヽ
質物之畑請人方へ相渡シ急度埒
明可申候為後日之仍而証文如件

銀子借用申し上げの件
一、銀高二百目 ただし元銀として
右の銀子、確実に借用申し上げるところ真実でございます。この担保には、私の持分である大平のうち、ゆり谷転び畑一か所を残らず書き入れ申し上げます。もっとも銀子返済の件は、来る十一月限りに必ず精算いたします。もし銀子が少しでも遅れるようでしたら、担保の畑を請人方へお渡しし、必ず決着をつけます。後日のため、よって証文は以下の通りです。

One item: Silver amount of 200 me (principal silver)
I hereby truly and certainly borrow the aforementioned silver. As collateral for this loan, I pledge all of my share of one plot of sloped field in Yuritani within Ōhira, without exception. The repayment of this silver shall be settled without fail by the coming eleventh month. Should the silver repayment be delayed even slightly, I will transfer the collateral field to the guarantors and ensure prompt resolution. This certificate is executed for future reference.
