七日真言ヲ唱ルト雖トモ心既ニ改テ天帝ヲ尊敬
スルカ故ニ其精誠今世ニテ天上ニ通達シテ天帝
ノ恵ヲ得タリ況ヤ生涯信心ヲ凝メ崇敬シ奉ル
ヲヤ然ラハ面々心ヲ決シテ天帝ノ尊恩ヲ忘レ
奉ラス縦令今世ハ火水磔罪牛割車割ノ苦ヲ受
ルトモソレヲ以テ未来永劫ノ苦ニ替ヘ今拝シ奉
ル所ノ天上ニ至ラント思フヘシ然ラハ天帝本
尊ヲ拝セシメン迚クルスト云物ヲ取出ス此ク
ルスト云物ハ黄金ヲ以テ先二寸四分程ニシテ
針ヲ植タル如クニシテ《割書：今ノ山葵卸｜ト云物ノ如》二尺計ノ柄
ヲ付タル物彼者共ノ肌ヲ脱セ彼クルスヲ以テ
背ヲ抓ムシル骨痛ミ血流レ出ル漓ル所ノ血ヲ
以テ左右ノ手ニ塗テ両手ヲ合セテ帝釈天ノ画
像ヲ拝セシム《割書：此宗礼拝ノ式南蛮ノ礼ヲ行フカ｜故ニ日本ニテ仏ヲ拝スル時ノ礼》
《割書：ト異ナリト云リ死涯ノ悪ヲ悦フト云ハ未｜来永劫ノ苦ニカハルト云心ナルヘシ》金襴
ノ戸張ヲ捲キ揚レハ容顔美麗ナル女体ノ尊容
懐中ニ小児ヲ抱キ乳ヲ含メタル本尊口伝也玉
ノ冠ヲ戴キ身ニ七宝ノ衣ヲ穿テリ両破天連示
シテ曰ク此帝釈天ハ智慧ヲ世界ニ降シ汝等ノ
悲苦ヲ以テ母ノ子ヲ懐ニ抱入レ乳味ヲ飲スル
現代語訳
七日間真言を唱えるとはいえ、心がすでに改まって天帝を尊敬するがゆえに、その精誠が今世にて天上に通達して天帝の恵みを得た。まして生涯信心を凝らし崇敬し奉るならば、なおさらである。それならば面々心を決して天帝の尊恩を忘れ奉らず、たとえ今世は火水磔罪・牛割車割の苦を受けるとも、それをもって未来永劫の苦に替え、今拝し奉るところの天上に至らんと思うべし」と。
そうしてから天帝本尊を拝させようとして、「クルス」という物を取り出す。この「クルス」という物は黄金をもって先を二寸四分ほどにして、針を植えたようにして《割書：今の山葵卸しという物のよう》二尺ばかりの柄を付けた物である。彼の者どもに肌を脱がせ、彼のクルスをもって背を掻きむしり、骨が痛み血が流れ出る。滴る血をもって左右の手に塗り、両手を合わせて帝釈天の画像を拝させる。《割書：この宗の礼拝の式は南蛮の礼を行うがゆえに、日本にて仏を拝する時の礼と異なりという。現世の悪を喜ぶというのは、未来永劫の苦に代わるという心なるべし》
金襴の戸張を巻き上げれば、容顔美麗なる女体の尊容、懐中に小児を抱き乳を含ませた本尊（口伝なり）、玉の冠を戴き身に七宝の衣を着ている。両破天連は示して曰く「この帝釈天は智慧を世界に降し、汝等の悲苦をもって母が子を懐に抱き入れ乳味を飲ませる

"Though you have chanted the sacred mantra for only seven days, because your hearts have already reformed and you revere the heavenly emperor, that sincere devotion has reached heaven in this very world and you have received the heavenly emperor's blessings. How much more so if you concentrate your faith and worship reverently throughout your lives. Therefore, each of you should resolve in your hearts not to forget the gracious favor of the heavenly emperor. Even if in this world you must suffer the torments of fire, water, crucifixion, being torn apart by oxen or crushed by wheels, consider that as a substitute for eternal suffering in the future, and think to reach the heaven you now worship."
Then, intending to have them worship the main deity of the heavenly emperor, they brought out something called a "Cruz." This thing called "Cruz" was made of gold, about two inches and four parts at the tip, fashioned like a planted needle 《marginal note: like what is now called a wasabi grater》 with a handle of about two feet attached. They had those people strip their skin, and with that Cruz they scratched and tore their backs until their bones ached and blood flowed out. With the dripping blood they painted their left and right hands, joined their hands together, and had them worship an image of Taishaku-ten. 《marginal note: The worship ceremony of this sect follows southern barbarian rites, so it differs from the rituals used when worshipping Buddha in Japan. The idea of rejoicing in present evil probably means it substitutes for future eternal suffering》
When they rolled up the golden brocade curtain, there appeared the sacred image of a beautiful female figure holding a small child in her bosom and giving it milk to drink (this is oral tradition), wearing a jeweled crown and clothed in seven-treasure garments. The two Padre showed this and said: "This Taishaku-ten brings down wisdom to the world, and through your sorrows and sufferings, like a mother embracing a child in her bosom and giving it the taste of milk,
