"For seven days, day and night, generate no evil thoughts, chant this sacred mantra and pay reverence to the two Padre, receive the sacred scriptures of the heavenly emperor, and worship the sacred image of the heavenly emperor. Then the future sins and karma reflected in today's mirror will be extinguished and you will receive the great compassion of the heavenly emperor," they taught.
All chanted the mantra in unison, concentrating their faith for seven days, chanting the mantra day and night. The two Padre and two Irmãos deceiving the ignorant and leading them into heretical practices - these were such methods. 《Marginal note: Later, in the 15th year of Kan'ei, during the siege of Hara Castle in Amakusa, when the castle was already in grave danger, there was a mantra chanted in unison throughout the castle》 "Santa Maria."
Thus having them perform religious practices for seven days, the two Irmãos led these people to the Buddha hall. Beautifully adorned and decorated with gold and silver inlay, with golden brocade banners and canopies fluttering, precious incense wafting through the air, shining brilliantly - truly one might think this was how the seven-treasure adornments of paradise would appear. There the two Padre, clothed in golden brocade vestments, appeared in the Buddha hall, bestowed more mantras, expounded the religious law of the heavenly emperor, and had them worship the two Padre.
The two Irmãos again led those people to worship the precious mirror of the three worlds. In contrast to the previous images, they now saw the countenance of a heavenly being with the thirty-two marks, and feeling as if they had unknowingly ascended to heaven, the ignorant people cried out with joy. The two Padre said: "You have only briefly
